Conditions of Use

Purchased tickets are valid to the bearer, for the estimated pre-boarding date and time. It is recommended to arrive 10 minutes early and have your voucher printed or digital with you, ensuring your device has sufficient battery.

Small or medium-sized pets are allowed on platforms and inside vehicles, provided they meet the following requirements:

• Each pet must wear a collar or harness and leash at all times while on our premises. The leash should not exceed approximately one meter in length and must always be under the control of an adult. Leaving pets tied to objects or in the hands of children is prohibited.
• Dogs of breeds classified as potentially dangerous may enter provided they comply with the provisions of the responsible pet ownership law (muzzle, non-extendable leash no longer than 1 meter, liability insurance, and obedience training course). A maximum of one pet per responsible adult is allowed.
• The owner Pet owners must always carry grooming supplies and are responsible for collecting and cleaning up any solid and liquid waste their pets may leave on our premises.
• It is the owners' responsibility to ensure the proper behavior and physical condition of their pets.
• Pet owners release Funicular Santiago from any liability for any event where they, their companions, pets, Funicular visitors, or any other person are or may be harmed by actions of their pets.
• Funicular Santiago reserves the right to refuse admission to any pet if it deems it necessary to safeguard the integrity and comfort of our visitors or for any other justified reason.
• Upon entering the Funicular Santiago premises and obtaining their ticket, it is assumed that the pet owner is aware of and will comply with the provisions of these regulations.

The zoo station is temporarily suspended. The Funicular will not stop at the station until further notice.

By accepting the terms and Under the terms of this purchase, you acknowledge that: There are no refunds or rescheduling of the service. It is mandatory to disembark at the terminal stations: Pio Nono and Cumbre.
